6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for our return authorization and instructions
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided in our return authorization
- Provide tracking information for your return shipment
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Standard Withdrawal (14 days): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Defective or Incorrect Products: We will cover return shipping costs
- Damaged During Shipping: We will cover return shipping costs

8. Refund Process

9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
10. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
