3. Return Period

We offer returns under the following conditions:

• Standard Returns: Within 14 days of receiving your order (EU statutory right)
• Extended Returns: We extend this period to 30 days for unopened products in original packaging

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Products must be in their original, unopened packaging
• Products must be unused and in the same condition as received

• Products must be returned within the applicable return period

4.1 Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Products with broken seals
• Products that have been stored improperly
• Products beyond their expiration date

You may use the following model form to withdraw from your contract (Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Completion and sending of this form is not obligatory.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at feedback@voglynarnyoz.world with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the product to the address provided in our return authorization
5. Provide tracking information for your return shipment

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

• Standard Withdrawal (14 days): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Defective or Incorrect Products: We will cover return shipping costs
• Damaged During Shipping: We will cover return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

8. Refund Process

8.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return and verify that all conditions are met:

• We will inspect the returned product within 5 business days
• If approved, we will initiate your refund within 14 days of receiving the return
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)

8.2 Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

• The full purchase price of the returned products
• Original shipping costs (only if the entire order is returned and within the 14-day statutory period)

We may deduct costs for:

• Products that show signs of use or damage
• Missing components or packaging

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

10. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• Include your order number and description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

11. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product:

• Do not open the incorrectly shipped product
• We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

12. Cancellations
